i make dots

restrictions may apply

rachel

wannabe artiste.

if you're seeing this site, i wanted to Show You My Moves but didn't want to share my embarrassing personal life. or hours got cut at my job and i'm looking for a side gig.

contact

i'll make an art-only twitter that i can use for this, bc i still give this site to people who don't need access to my personal twitter, but if you have my personal feel free to dm me there.

make a comm email dumbass

undercooked

undercooked is a fun fun project between me and quint. it's a small cooking simulation game where you play as a lil guy and try not to burn shit. or set fires. i do the art, he does the hard stuff.

ideally when complete, it'll be playable on the gameboy! maybe we'll flash it onto cartridges if we can fanagle it. download link will be here when it's out of the beta-est of betas.

i don't actually do comms

danganronpa-style
sprite

this is a fuckin pipe dream pls ignore

simple 24x32 full-colour sprite.
sprite only: $7.00
with 1 animation: $15.00
each additional animation +$5.00

please provide a reference image!

16-bit sprite

3-colour sprite, operable on gameboy programming (consult quint on this rachel lol)

16x16 object sprite: $5.00
animations start at +$3.00
16x32 character sprite: $15.00
animations start at +$5.00

i can do an object, an existing character (please provide a reference!), whatever you fancy. if requesting an animation, a reference isn't necessary for the action depicted, but the more visuals, the better i can create what you want!

tileset

4-colour tilesets. able to be tiled (duh) to make patterns on a gameboy.

get a simple floor (one pattern), wall (one pattern), and 10 pieces of furniture/objects for $30.00.

each additional object:
single tiles: $3.00
4x4 objects: $4.00
9x9 objects: $5.00

fileset will include individual 16x16 pixel tiles, plus a "demo room" to show what you can do!

get item

30x30, full-colour item: $10

style is somewhere between the complexity of the sprites from monomono machine items in danganronpa 1 and 2. visual references appreciated but not necessary, though i will probably send some reference pictures of my own to confirm we're on the same page.

scene

128x64 canvas. super-duper in-development!!

one actor, static: $30.00
additional single animation: starts at $5.00
background: +$10.00
each additional actor: +$10.00
each additional action: $5.00

terms

for the most part, please, please have a reference image for character sprites! if you don't have one, i like using dollmakers or dressup games to make references. subeta's dressup function helped me design the betas for my own DR OCs, so it's a good place to start. you need an account, but it's free, and "trying on" the clothes requires 0 effort other than checking the "all items" box on the link.

unless i'm unable to complete the piece or we have communication issues barring completion, i will not issue a refund. i will send a demo or wip before completion for the more complicated commissions, and minor edits are okay. one major edit after WIP or design confirmation VIA text (i.e. change of perspective or something similar that requires an almost complete reset) is okay, but please let me know as soon as possible so that the piece satisfactory in both quality and turnover.

on a similar note: please let me know of any deadlines at least a few days out (or more, depending on complexity) as i work full-time and need to be able to sit down and work to pixel.

i don't really do nsfw as i can't imagine i have the ability to, and mechs are very much outside my wheelhouse, so i can't see myself accepting them.

i will not deviate from the resolutions offered, as they're what i know how to work best in and deliver the best results. hopefully i'll be able to expand my repertoire with the practice that this work gives me!
